Exclusive collaboration agreement with the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF)
ROADIS signs an agreement with the NIIF to create a new investment platform to acquire mature concessions in the secondary market, projects under the TOT (toll-operate-transfer) model, and other industry opportunities. This collaboration reflects the willingness to create the country's top highway investment platform.

Creation of the innovation department
ROADIS takes a step forward on the path of innovation, and adapts the organisation’s structure by creating the innovation department. A department which will work to devise ideas and generate impact for ROADIS and society. Innovation has become a firm commitment of the company; we want it to be part of our DNA, changing the way we do things, and the way we communicate with others.

Launch of the global road safety campaign
ROADIS launches an international campaign to prevent traffic accidents with the motto: "your safety, our priority". This involved all its concessions for one year with various objectives: reduce accident rates and remind users of the importance of respecting traffic rules. The "your safety, our priority" campaign reaches over 225,000 users each day on highways managed by ROADIS.

New project: Santa Catarina Viaduct
ROADIS signs an agreement with the Mexican Government to develop the project to build and operate the extension to the Monterrey-Saltillo highway, the Santa Catarina Viaduct. This initiative will be conducted in close collaboration with the SCT, the Office for Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), the Government of the State of Nuevo León, CONAGUA, SEMARNAT, local entities and ROADIS

ROADIS closes funding to build the Santa Catarina Viaduct.
The project will have a total managed investment of approximately 7 billion Mexican pesos. It will be financed 100% by ROADIS, through the issue of bonds denominated in UDIs (Mexican index unit of funds) for a value of 3.5 billion Mexican pesos, with a term of 30 years and maturity in 2049. Additionally, the financing is rounded off with an investment of 3.5 billion Mexican pesos (approximately 115 million euros) in equity.
