ROADIS PEOPLE & CULTURE

2,213 professionals, spread across Mexico, Portugal, Spain, the United States, Brazil, and India are part of the ROADIS family.

At ROADIS, our teams are our main asset. The people who contribute every day with their experience and professionalism to help us conduct our business with the highest standards in terms of quality and sustainability.
ROADIS CULTURE

During 2021, we at ROADIS worked on the deployment of our new cultural model (which was defined the previous year). Going beyond geographical boundaries, we have connected all our teams in the different countries where we currently operate. Our culture defines our essence and constitutes our organisation’s personality.

ROADIS' PURPOSE

Our purpose is to create value in the communities where we operate through profitable investments and the operation of major infrastructure projects around the world.

This purpose is based on our brand’s four essential attributes:

Prosperity

Through our projects, we create sustainable value where we operate. Respecting the environment, we promote economic development and social growth, creating jobs and facilitating connectivity.

Safety

We develop infrastructure projects that are safe for our employees and customers.

Ethics

We invest in and manage projects under the strictest ethical principles. Our investors and shareholders, officers, users, and employees trust us.

Innovation

Our work is the result of a relentless search for excellence and the drive for innovation. Excellence and innovation go hand in hand in the way we approach our business, our processes and policies.

DIGITAL DISCONECTION

Technology development over the last few years has made great contributions to the world of productive labour, but at the same time it has promoted hyper-connectivity, which is a threat to the employees’ rest and personal & family harmony.

To counter this risk, we at ROADIS developed a specific policy to protect the “right to disconnect” of our teams of collaborators.

ROADIS UNIVERSITY

One of our commitments at ROADIS is to develop talent. Therefore, in 2021 we continued working with ROADIS University. A place where our employees access continued training in the areas of their interest. More than 750 hours of training have been provided through this platform this year, which undoubtedly contributes to the professional and personal development of our team.

INTERNAL EVENTS

Thanks to advances in vaccination and the progressive de-escalation of restrictions, in 2021 we were able to bring back some internal events. With special enthusiasm, and with a focus on health and sport, we have resumed, after two years, the "ROADIS Mini-Olympics".  In this sports teambuilding event we have the opportunity to strengthen our bonds as a team while doing physical and mental exercise.
