• Beginning the implementation of the water-efficiency plan, deploying water capture, optimization, and reuse systems at several assets, improving the Group’s water efficiency.

• Restructuring of NH2’s debt through the issuance of a $316 million bond, extending the maturity to 5 years (2034), at a 5.90% cost.

• Signing of the Settlement Agreement between ROADIS, ANTT, and TCU to formalize and begin execution of ViaBahia’s hanback (Brazil).
