In 2025, 296 people joined our workforce, 41% of whom are under 30, reflecting our commitment to young talent and the development of new capabilities in our workforce. At the same time, we understand that the richness of our team lies in generational diversity, with a balanced distribution between young talent, experienced profiles, and employees in mid-career stages.p>

This approach allows us to foster knowledge and experience sharing, promoting innovation and adaptability across all areas of our Company. In addition, 100% of ROADIS executives who operate and manage the different assets are local.

THIS ISWHO WE ARE

We create value in the communities where we operate through profitable investments and the operation of major infrastructure projects around the world.

To do so, we rely on four essential attributes:

Prosperity

Through our projects we create sustainable value wherever we operate. By respecting the environment, we foster economic development and social progress, creating jobs and enabling connectivity.

Safety

We develop safe infrastructure projects for our employees and our customers.

Ethics

We invest in and manage projects under the strictest ethical principles. Our investors and shareholders, authorities, users, and employees trust us.

Innovation

Our work is the result of an ongoing pursuit of excellence and a drive for innovation. Excellence and innovation go hand in hand in how we approach our business, processes, and policies.

We work with a shared cultural model across all geographies, respecting and adapting to each one’s particularities, to build the ROADIS family.

We do our work guided by six beliefs that shape our organization’s personality and define our essence:

  • We are trustworthy
  • We work with passion
  • We work for people
  • We are a team
  • We strive for excellence
  • We try, learn and grow

Thanks to internal projects that spread our model, we strengthen our organizational culture and increase team engagement:

  • Coolture Bootcamps, sessions where we put into practice what our beliefs mean and how they help create a better work environment.

  • ROADIS Ambassadors, the culture champions—our internal influencers. They have the important task of bringing our beliefs to life through workshops and gatherings in every corner of the world.

INITIATIVES

EQUALITY, DIVERSITY, AND INCLUSION

In 2025, we launched the 2025–2029 Equality Plan at corporate headquarters.

The plan sets objectives in employment, training, compensation, and work-life balance, and also addresses organizational culture and the prevention of harassment.

We ensure non-discriminatory recruitment processes, and we apply measures to correct gender imbalances, such as having both sexes represented in final shortlists and giving preference to hiring women in underrepresented areas.

We have a confidential reporting channel, and we promote the inclusion of people with disabilities through special employment centers via the “Road 2 Inclusion” initiative.

In addition, we implemented a training program on Human Rights and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for all employees, covering discrimination and harassment prevention, gender equity promotion, and inclusion.

HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT

We conduct semiannual pulse surveys to measure well-being and define improvements. In 2025, the average workplace-environment rating was 3.34 out of 4, reflecting a slight improvement in perception versus the prior year.

At our corporate headquarters, we continued the ROADIS CLUB project, with a monthly activity for teams aimed at improving interaction among employees from different departments and enhancing the company climate.

WELL-BEING

Since 2021, we have offered an “Employee Support” program, providing teams with psychological support, an occupational health program and 360° well-being (Wellhub), and the option to purchase private health insurance through flexible compensation. In 2025, we launched #TúmuevesROADIS, a quarterly recognition program where we highlight employees who—through teamwork, a positive attitude, and living ROADIS values day to day—represent the best of our culture.
